For brands
How do I hire?
Post a job for free. Creators apply with a pitch and price. Pick one and pay; the money is held until you approve the video.
What does it cost?
Posting is free. You pay the creator's price plus a small service fee at checkout that covers payment processing (2.9% + 30¢), with no markup.
What if the video is late or bad?
Missed deadline: full refund, automatically. You get 2 revisions, and you can open a dispute if it still isn't right.
Can someone take the video without paying?
No. You see a watermarked preview; the clean file unlocks when you approve.
For creators
When do I get paid?
When the brand approves, or automatically 3 days after you deliver if they don't respond.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join. You keep 85% of each job you finish, or 90% with Creator Pro.
Is there an app?
Use the website on your phone, or add it to your home screen: in Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app.
Is the money real?
Yes. The brand pays before you start, so it's already there when you deliver.
