Refund Policy

Your payment is held until you approve the video. You get a full refund if the creator misses the deadline, or if you cancel within 24 hours of paying and before a video is delivered. If you're unhappy with a delivered video, ask for a revision (up to 2) or open a dispute; we decide whether to refund, pay the creator, or split.

After approval

Once you approve a video, the creator is paid and the payment cannot be refunded.

Hook packs

Packs are not refundable once generated. If generation fails, the pack stays available. Each paid pack includes one free redo.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
